Laurence Rich
Garden-inspired floral design, thoughtful events, and mentorship for creatives who believe in seasonality, community, and doing things with intention.
Hi there!
I’m Laurence Rich — a floral designer, former flower shop owner, creative educator, and girl mom with nearly a decade of experience in the floral and events industry.
Over the years, my path has taken me from designing intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings, from opening and running a full-service flower shop to hosting dozens of hands-on floral workshops. I’ve worked closely with couples, brands, and fellow mompreneurs who were building something meaningful and needed both creative direction and grounded business guidance.
At the heart of my work is a deep love for seasonality, locally-grown flowers, and community-driven design. I’m drawn to eclectic, garden-inspired spaces — the kind that feel layered, intentional, and alive. I believe beautiful design lives at the intersection of instinct and detail, poetry and process.
If you’re here, it’s likely because you feel that pull too.
You care about thoughtful aesthetics. You appreciate nuance. You want your flowers — or your business — to feel aligned, not rushed.
Whether you’re a couple seeking floral and event design, or a creative entrepreneur looking for mentorship and resources, if you just nodded and whispered an internal “amen,” then we might be a very good match.
