I'm Laurence Rich, a floral designer and creative director creating garden-inspired floral environments shaped by the rhythm of the seasons.
My work is guided by a simple belief: the most memorable floral designs don't imitate nature, they collaborate with it. Rather than chasing trends or recreating Pinterest images, I design with what each season offers at its finest, allowing every arrangement to feel expressive, intentional, and impossible to replicate.
Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of designing for intimate celebrations, large-scale weddings, editorial projects, and brand experiences. Every project begins the same way: by understanding the atmosphere we want to create before selecting a single stem.
