I’m Laurence Rich — floral designer, former flower shop owner, creative mentor, and girl mom with nearly a decade in the floral and events industry.

My work is rooted in seasonality, locally-grown flowers, and the belief that beauty is best built slowly. I design garden-inspired florals for events, create educational resources for fellow florists and creatives, and share the behind-the-scenes of building a floral brand — season by season.
