MENTORING + CONSULTING

Building a creative business has a way of asking more of you than you expect. It invites you to grow — not just in your work, but in how you think, structure your time, and trust your decisions. My mentoring and consulting sessions are designed as thoughtful, supportive spaces where clarity, strategy, and creativity come together.

Over the years, I’ve navigated many layers of this industry — from designing weddings to opening and operating a full-service flower shop, to evolving my work into something more aligned with seasonality, lifestyle, and education. Through mentoring, I share that lived experience with florists and creative entrepreneurs who are building something of their own and want guidance that feels both practical and grounded.

These sessions are open to those at all stages — whether you are just beginning, refining your brand, or navigating a new phase of growth. Together, we can explore topics such as pricing and profitability, website and Instagram audits, workflow and systems, team building, or creative direction. Each conversation is shaped around your needs, allowing space for both structure and flexibility.

For those seeking a deeper level of support, I offer ongoing mentorship designed to guide you through longer seasons of growth and transition. These relationships allow us to work more closely over time, creating space for accountability, refinement, and steady progress.

For those who prefer a more focused approach, one-on-one consulting sessions offer the opportunity to address specific challenges or questions with clarity and intention. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of an outside perspective, these sessions provide a supportive environment to move forward with confidence.

Across every format — one-time sessions or ongoing mentorship — my intention remains the same: to help you build a business that feels aligned, sustainable, and true to your vision. Not just something that looks successful, but something that supports your life in a meaningful way.
