Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of many of my offerings, all sales are considered final unless otherwise outlined below.

Floral Arrangements

Because flowers are perishable and seasonal, I cannot offer general returns or exchanges on floral arrangements.

If your arrangement arrives in poor condition, you must email me within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos taken upon delivery and within that first 24-hour window. After this period, I cannot guarantee replacements or credits.

Each arrangement includes a care card outlining what to do if flowers appear compromised upon arrival. Following these instructions ensures I can assess the situation fairly and accurately.

Replacements or credits, if deemed appropriate, are handled at my discretion.

Workshops

Workshop tickets (group or private) are non-refundable.

Group workshop tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours will be handled at my discretion.

Private workshops require a minimum of 6 participants. Deposits for private workshops are non-refundable once the date is secured.

Tools & Physical Products

All tools and physical products are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so I can review and determine next steps.

Digital Resources

All digital products are non-refundable and are protected by copyright.

They may not be duplicated, shared, edited, redistributed, or resold in any format. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.
