Every offering in this space is created seasonally, in small batches, and with thoughtful intention. I work with perishable materials, limited quantities, and curated releases — which means clarity matters.

Please take a moment to review the information below before purchasing. These policies allow me to maintain quality, sustainability, and care in every arrangement, workshop, and resource I share.

  • My studio is based in Montreal, Quebec.

  • Bespoke seasonal arrangements are available for delivery within the Montreal area only, unless otherwise specified.

  • Yes. Wreaths, DIY kits, tools, and select physical products ship anywhere in Canada. All orders ship from Montreal. Local pickup at my studio may also be arranged.

  • At this time, I do not offer custom modifications through my Offerings shop.

    Each seasonal release is carefully planned around flower availability and curated colour palettes. The images shown reflect what is in season and the available options. Substitutions or adjustments cannot be accommodated.

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, arrangements are final sale.

    If your arrangement arrives compromised, you must email within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos taken upon delivery and within that 24-hour window. After this period, replacements or credits cannot be guaranteed.

    Each arrangement includes a care card outlining the steps to follow should an issue arise.

  • All workshop tickets are non-refundable.

    Group workshop tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 48 hours before the event.

    Cancellations within 48 hours will be handled at my discretion.

  • Private workshops require a minimum of 6 participants. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Please inquire for a detailed quote.

  • All tools and physical products are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
